It was daunting but Lyn somehow managed to pull off a tight schedule and handed our home over on-time. As with all renovations, we have issues. Lyn was very patient and responsible in dealing with them; not calculative.  For design, Lyn understood what we wanted and gave good practical suggestions. We have renovated 4 homes over the years and Las Design is so far we have had the best experience with Las Design. Lastly, the budget range was managed with no surprises. 

    Lyn’s meticulous attention to detail transformed our home into a true masterpiece. From concept to completion, their professionalism and commitment to excellence were evident every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to elevate their living space. 

  Had 2 renovations with her during the covid-19 period ; and Lynn can manage time so well even during the covid-19 period ; when the manpower was limited  She has a good pool of contacts and trust her expertise especially when getting accessories for the home; where she will advise on the cost saving part .   She is open to ideas and advise accordingly whether the Color ; theme is feasible or matches to the design . 

   A Dream Home cannot be completed without a Dream Interior Designer.   Now, what is a Dream Interior Designer? It is someone who fulfills these traits:  1. Practical and beautiful interior design 2. Beyond competitive pricing 3. Excellent communicator 4. Responsible and Responsive 5. Flexible and able to adapt to customer's changes quickly 6. A talent who can manage both customer and contractor expectations  Lyn, is exactly the above. She has been a phenomenal miracle who has helped my wife and I to bring our dream home to reality. Like many people, we had a hard time to get the ID that we are comfortable with and LAS Design Studio was the 10th ID whom we have engaged before signing a contract. This is where we met Lyn. She came across to us like a friend (and eventually became one) who wants to help you be successful. Even though we have recommended a few friends to Lyn during our renovation, she was able to keep up the timeline to the dot.  Although in reality, not every part of the renovation was Sunshine, Unicorns and Rainbows, there were times unexpected outcome occurs. However at each time, Lyn was on it and worked out a solution before we had to ask. In addition, during the course of the renovation we had many design changes and addons/reductions, her penchant for patience and understanding exceeds beyond a typical driver waiting for the traffic to turn green. Finally, the cherry topping had to be how Lyn handled our relative recommended electrician who was definitely a Hellspawn; a worse being to deal with. While she could say that the electrician wasn't her problem, but instead, she took up the mantle and helped us managed it  Thanks to Lyn's friends, we were able to purchase their wonderful unit at a good price and thanks to Lyn, our home is now complete.  Too Long Didn't Read Version:  Lyn is great. Don't waste time looking elsewhere. Sign your contract with Lyn today. Be a reasonable customer, give your ID the freedom of creativity and time, eventually you will be amazed at what they can do for you. 

  Despite limited renovation funds on our hands, Lyn was still able to do it within our budget, meeting our needs and wants without compromising on standard and quality. This finishing on our carpentry works was what we expected. Most importantly she worked within our budget instead of us having to work within the quotation given by many of the IDs that we met.  Sure there were items that we wanted that clearly exceeded our budget but she could suggest cheaper alternative ideas yet not compromising on the design and theme as a whole. For example by building a feature wall in the living room would have exceeded our budget thus she suggested using a partition wall instead which could have similar effects but we dropped the idea eventually and we opted for a hanging TV console instead.  There were some areas like plumbing and windows that needed re-work after handover but like many other renovations there are bound to have flaws. What is crucial is that Lyn was quick to respond and all the flaws were resolved quickly.  Overall, it was an excellent experience engaging Las Design studio and I would certainly recommend to my friends and relatives. 

 We are very impressed by Shermaine's professionalism and flexibility to accommodate to our needs. We were pressed for time and was very flippy about our decision along the way. But our ID is soo composed, she helped and guide us every step of the way. Actively finding solutions for everything. It have been such a joy to work with you and team. Time-oriented. Detailed.  Shermaine is the best designer id I have worked to date. She is careful and concise in her planning, and her after sales support has been tremendous. She follows up on every inch of work that's is handed to her. Please keep up the good work and thank you for the excellent follow ups! We finally have a beautiful home for our lil baby ❤️ and to host our family and friends! Every new home owner deserves an experience like this.. 

 Engaged Lyn to renovate ny resale 5rm hdb unit. She is very responsible and able to deliver what she promised, some hiccups along the way which is very normal for renovation but she always come down personally and rectify the issues together with the subcon rather than just pass instruction to those subcon. highly recommended for those looking for a responsible and experience ID with passion for design 👍 

 I am grateful to the entire team for their efforts in designing my current new three-room apartment. Our family's request was met with great enthusiasm by the team. I've never seen such great chemistry in the ID industry. Furthermore, what is requested is delivered and executed flawlessly.   Great experience working with Lyn over the years. Have a great peace of mind when it comes to designing, planning, scheduling the renovation works. Communications have always been prompt and helpful. Does not over promise and never fail to deliver. Workmanship has always been on point.     I recently engaged Shermaine to help with renovation of my mother’s new flat at Kim Tian road.  She did a wonderful job and made the process a relatively painless one.
